The rules you agree to when you teach on LicencePath
By joining LicencePath AI as an instructor, you agree to the following.
- Hold a valid ADI badge or trainee licence. If you are a trainee (PDI), teach within your trainee licence conditions.
- Hold appropriate driving instructor insurance.
- Hold an enhanced DBS check. You declare this yourself; LicencePath does not check or store it.
- Arrive on time for all booked lessons.
- Provide a clean, roadworthy and insured teaching vehicle.
- Treat all pupils with respect and professionalism.
- Never use inappropriate language or behaviour.
- Never contact pupils outside the platform for non-lesson purposes.
- Maintain professional boundaries, particularly with young pupils.
- Report any safeguarding concerns immediately.
- Rate pupil skills honestly and accurately.
- Do not inflate readiness scores or progress assessments.
- Provide constructive, specific feedback on areas for improvement.
- Do not share pupil personal data outside the platform.
- Do not photograph or record pupils without explicit consent.
- Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
- We may report to the DVSA or relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Serious violations (safeguarding, harassment, unsafe instruction) result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
