Instructor Code of Conduct

By joining LicencePath AI as an instructor, you agree to the following.

Professional standards

  • Maintain a valid DVSA ADI badge at all times.
  • Hold appropriate driving instructor insurance.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS check (self-declared, verified on request).
  • Arrive on time for all booked lessons.
  • Provide a clean, roadworthy and insured teaching vehicle.

Behaviour

  • Treat all learners with respect and professionalism.
  • Never use inappropriate language or behaviour.
  • Never contact learners outside the platform for non-lesson purposes.
  • Maintain professional boundaries, particularly with young learners.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns immediately.

Assessment integrity

  • Rate learner skills honestly and accurately.
  • Do not inflate readiness scores or progress assessments.
  • Provide constructive, specific feedback on areas for improvement.

Data and privacy

  • Do not share learner personal data outside the platform.
  • Do not photograph or record learners without explicit consent.

Violations

  • Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
  • We may report to the DVSA or relevant authorities where appropriate.
  • Serious violations (safeguarding, harassment, unsafe instruction) result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
