Instructor Code of Conduct
By joining LicencePath AI as an instructor, you agree to the following.
Professional standards
- Maintain a valid DVSA ADI badge at all times.
- Hold appropriate driving instructor insurance.
- Hold an enhanced DBS check (self-declared, verified on request).
- Arrive on time for all booked lessons.
- Provide a clean, roadworthy and insured teaching vehicle.
Behaviour
- Treat all learners with respect and professionalism.
- Never use inappropriate language or behaviour.
- Never contact learners outside the platform for non-lesson purposes.
- Maintain professional boundaries, particularly with young learners.
- Report any safeguarding concerns immediately.
Assessment integrity
- Rate learner skills honestly and accurately.
- Do not inflate readiness scores or progress assessments.
- Provide constructive, specific feedback on areas for improvement.
Data and privacy
- Do not share learner personal data outside the platform.
- Do not photograph or record learners without explicit consent.
Violations
- Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
- We may report to the DVSA or relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Serious violations (safeguarding, harassment, unsafe instruction) result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
